Do you require a deposit down?

We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking of your total parties cost. Also if you have a travel fee well collect that upon booking as well. The 25% will be applied to your balance. We do require payment of the balance in full 7 days prior to your event.

** Your date and time aren’t reserved until we receive your deposit.

What is the timeline for the event?

The event is two hours unless you have arranged otherwise. Well be there an hour before the party to setup.

When do you need to know how many people will be attending?

There is a 6 person minimum. If your having a party that is smaller than 6 that’s fine, well still have to collect for the full package price. Final head count is due 7-10 days prior to your event. If attendees fail to show the hostess will be responsible for remaining balance.

What if it rains?

A little rain cant stop us. We can move the experience to an indoor location. There is NO refund due to weather.

What if I need to re-schedule?

If you’d like to re-schedule your event we require 3 days notice prior to your event. There will be a $100.00 re-scheduling fee. Your reschedule date must be within 90 days.

How far do you travel?

We don’t have a limit on how far we go. We do have a $1.00 a mile charge if your outside a 10 miles radius of Olympia.

How do I pay for my event?

Payments methods that are accepted: Credit card, Venmo, Apple Pay. We will collect the balance of your event 7 days prior. You’ll receive an invoice via email.

What if we spill food or beverage on anything? Or if something breaks?

All equipment supplied on hire is the property of Bottles + Bites and Sip + Slush. Any damage, loss, or extensive cleaning will result in a fee to the customer. The person hosting the event is responsible for any loss or damage to any items such as platers, plates, vases, all equipment, glassware, pillows, blankets, props, Sip + Slush cart, slushy machine, and other decorations. Fees will apply for replacement at the full cost of purchasing a replacement. These fees are payable within 7 days of such loss or damage unless agreed otherwise. Damage includes but is not limited to:

*Improper use of equipment

*Disappearance of the equipment

*Damage to, or loss of, the equipment from any unknown cause

*Cigarette burns on any furniture or decor items. Smoking is not permitted near the property of Bottles + Bites.

*Red wine or other staining product spillage or stains on any furniture or decor items
